Kathy M. Davis, 72, of Kingsport, TN, entered into rest on Tuesday, September 6, 2022.
She was born in Washington Co., VA on January 29, 1950. Kathy was a beautician for many years in Kingsport, TN. She worked puzzles and especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Kathy was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, James P. Davis; father, George Robert Wise; brother, Butch Wise; 2 sisters; special caregivers, Arcella and Paul C. Talbert.
Surviving are her daughter, Stephanie Lovelace and partner; son, Jeffery Davis and wife, Heather; granddaughters, Madison Lovelace and Chloe Davis; brother-in-law, LeRoy Davis and wife, Eileen; several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will take place on Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 11 am to 1 pm at Scott County Funeral Home, Weber City, VA. Services will follow at 1:00 pm with Pastor Mike Stout officiating.
Interment will follow the service at Stallard-Gray Cemetery, Midway Community of Scott County, VA.
Pallbearers will be Jeffery Davis, Andy White, TJ Fraysier, Travis Jennings, Todd Buchanan and Donald Mars.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Stallard-Gray Cemetery Fund, c/o Patty Jobe, 287 Midway Rd., Gate City, VA 24251.
