Obituary of Billy Joe Sexton

Billy J. Sexton, 83, of the Ross Camp Ground Community passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at his home.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents; brothers; sister; and his beloved sons, David and Mike.

Survivors include his loving wife of 63 plus years, Bessie Lou; children, Allen and Deanna; grandchildren, Jason (Amanda), Jessie (Kyle), Tonya (Joe), and Wesley; great-grandchildren, McKinley, Sienna and expected soon Cadence.

The family will receive friends from 2 pm to 4 pm on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Ross Camp Ground UMC. A funeral service will follow with Pastor Andy Sensabaugh officiating.

Graveside services will follow in the Ross Camp Ground UMC Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ross Camp Ground Cemetery Fund. The Sexton family wishes to thank the staff at Amedisys Hospice for their care shown towards Billy.
