Obituary of Louise Collins Rice

Louise Collins Rice, age 74, of Gray, TN, God’s grace led her home and is now in the arms of Jesus, on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Life Care Center of Gray, TN. She enjoyed family, cooking, gardening and her daily devotions with her Lord. She was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt and great-aunt and will be greatly missed by her family.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Lambert; 2 brothers, Dewey Collins and Jim Collins; and 1 sister, Shirley Dickerson.

She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Elissa Faulkner; sister, Betty Collins Church and husband Wayne of Ocala, FL; brother, J. R. Collins and wife, Debra; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm on Monday, June 18, 2018 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Kingsport, TN. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm with Pastor Jim Chatman officiating. Burial will follow at the Old Kingsport Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Randall Byington, J.R.
