Obituary of Eula Dean

Kingsport – Eula Dean, 81 of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 13, 2018 at Asbury at Baysmont following a lengthy illness. She was a lifelong resident of Kingsport. She was a member of Morrison City Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Dean and her parents and other family members.

Eula is survived by her daughter, Donna Ramsey and husband Carson; son, Brad Dean and wife Karen; grandchildren, Becky (Brian) Luttrell, Mandy (Billy) Barr, Steven King, Sarah Dean and Seth (Kelsey) Dean; great-grandchildren, Jakob (Tamera) Walker, Loki Luttrell, Emma Smith and Hayden Smith; great-great-grandson, Quintin Walker; special niece, Reba and Kermit Roberson; several nieces and nephews and good friends, Sue, Joyce, Scott and Linda.

The family will receive friends from 11 am to 1 pm Monday, July 16, 2018 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home.

A funeral service will follow at 1 pm in the funeral home chapel with Bob Underwood, Minister officiating.

Burial will follow in Oak Hill Memorial Park with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the nurses and CNA’s at Asbury and her caregivers at Amedisys.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Morrison City Christian Church, 1940 Darnell Drive, Kingsport, TN 37665.
