Obituary of Anna Ruth Estepp

Kingsport – Anna Ruth Peters Estepp, 90 of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 28, 2018 at Holston Valley Medical Center. She was a lifelong resident of Scott County.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Arthur Estepp; 3 sisters and 3 brothers.

Anna is survived by her daughter, Deborah Pendleton and husband Ron, Janet McFarland and husband Danny and Mary Carr and husband Barry; son, Roger Estepp and wife Lucille; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Monday, October 1, 2018 at Scott County Funeral Home.

A funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Mark Estepp officiating. Music will be provided by Jackie Strickler-McGowan.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Oak Hill Memorial Park. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:55 a.m.

The family is deeply grateful to so many people who have comforted and cared for Anna during the last year of her life.
