Joe was one of the sweetest people I ever met as a cousin and friend. He was borned with a smile and never lost it. I was so sad to hear that Joe had left for Heaven, yet praise God for the man he was. I knew Joe from childhood and loved him as kindred and friend. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during their time of bereavement.

Great man. He had lived in the same trailer park as my mother for years & years. When I used to still live at home Joe would always wave & have a smile on his face either when you saw him in his vehicle or just walking around the area. I knows that he was loved by many. He's now in a better place. Prayers go out to his wife, family, & close friends.
