Obituary of Pat Wilson

KINGSPORT – On Friday, March 22, 2019 Pat Wilson, 78, of Kingsport graciously finished this life to go home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, with her family by her side. Pat was preceded in death by her father Ralph Harrison and mother Nell Rector, brother J.L. (Tookie) Harrison, Uncle Roy Archer and wife Peggy Archer, and their son Jessie who gave his life for our country during the Vietnam War.

Pat is survived by her husband of 58 years, Harry Wilson of Kingsport, Brother Ernie Harrison and wife Louise of Kingsport, daughter Pam and husband Tom Bailey of Kingsport, son Jeff Wilson of Gray. She was a member of Gunnings Baptist Church of Blountville. Pat was known for her loving kindness and faithfulness to the Lord, her family and to the church. After retiring from City Finance she was able to devote more time to church ministries. She loved crafting and making jewelry which she enjoyed selling and gifting.

Visitation will be at Gunnings Baptist Church, 213 Shipley Ferry Road, Blountville TN 37617 on Thursday March 28th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with funeral service to follow with Pastor Bob Ferguson. Grave side services will be on Friday March 29th at 11:00 AM. All who plan to attend grave side services are asked to meet at the church no later than 10:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Seed Line Publishing Ministries, of Gunnings Baptist Church. The family would like to thank all who prayed and supported the family during her illness.
