Obituary of Kelli E. Howard

Kelli E. Howard, 46, of Kingsport, went home to be with the Lord after an extended illness on March 23, 2019 at her residence.

She graduated from JJ Kelly High School in 1990 and attended Clinch Valley College.

Kelli is survived by her daughter, Savannah Howard; mother and stepfather Marlene and Louis Collier; Brother Brian and wife Carolyn Hubbard; niece Lauren Hubbard; uncle Charles (Wendell) and wife Pat Connell; cousins Kimberly and husband Brian Hamilton along with Sophie and Chloe Hamilton.

A friend has posted these ever so true words of Kelli – “She was beautiful and had a contagious laugh. She was loved and we are devastated by this loss.”

Private graveside services were held on March 27, 2019.
