Obituary of Gary Curtis Ray

Gary Curtis Ray, 72, of Church Hill went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at his residence.

Gary was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, one of 11 children, and a dear friend to many. 

Gary is preceded in death by his parents and 5 siblings.  

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 56 years, Sue Ray; sons, Terry Ray and wife Charlotte, Richie Ray, and Randy Ray; grandchildren, Ricky Ray (Lyndzee), Alex Ray (Brittany), Jesse Ray (Heather), and Molly Ray; 3 great grandchildren; 5 surviving siblings; and a host of friends.   

The family will receive friends on Monday, April 1, 2019 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Freedom Baptist Church in Mt. Carmel. A memorial service will follow with Pastor Andy Sensabaugh officiating.
