Obituary of Jacob Lee Payne

Jacob Lee Payne 32, of Kingsport flew to Jesus on Monday, September 2, 2019 at the Hospice House of Bristol.

 

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Sybble Payne; step-sister, Lacretia Curtis; maternal grandfather, Bob Castle.

 

Survivors include his father, Buddy Payne (Brenda); mother, Tina Rogan (Donnie); beloved grandfather, Roy Payne; maternal grandmother, Barbara Castle; uncles, Calvin Payne (Donna) and Kevin Castle; aunt, Cindy Castle; step-brothers, Crandal Curtis, Donnie and Brandon Rogan; half-brother, Josh Caswell; step-sister, Rhonda Trent; along with a host of friends and extended family.

 

A private graveside service will be conducted at a later date.

 

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Holston Valley Medical Center, his caregivers with Ballad Hospice, and the staff at Bristol Hospice House for their loving care.

 

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society at 871 N. Weisgarber Road, Knoxville, TN 37909.
