Obituary of Anthony Scott Higgins

Anthony Scott Higgins 48, of Kingsport stepped into God’s Arms on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Holston Valley Medical Center.

Survivors include his parents, Bob and Kathryn Higgins; the love of his life, Melinda Chase; fur baby, Bella; special cousin, Tamara Beard; dear friend, Jay Beard.

A graveside service will be conducted at 10 am on Friday, September 20, 2019 at Bethesda Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Greene County. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 9:50 am.
