Obituary of Carl A. Fink

Mr. Carl A. Fink, 55, of Erwin TN, passed away Saturday October 12, 2019, in the Unicoi County Hospital.

Carl was a lifelong resident of the Tri Cities. He was the son of the late Roy and Sue Collins Fink.

Carl graduated from Science Hill High School. He was a security guard for many years. Carl loved hunting and fishing.

Carl was a member of East Johnson City Church of God and Pathway Free Will Baptist Church in Erwin.

In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by one sister, Roberta Collins; granddaughter, Mallory Sue Lynn Highben; father-in-law, Jerry Payne; step father Robert Collins; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Survivors include his wife Brenda Fink; one son, Albert Fink; one daughter, Cassandra Highben; several brothers and sisters; two grandsons, Jeremiah and Hezekiah; mother-in-law, Judy Payne; several nieces and nephews.

The family of Mr. Carl A. Fink will receive friends from 4 to 6 PM Wednesday, October 16, 2019, in the East Johnson City Church of God. The funeral service will follow at 6 PM with Dr. Patrick Kariuki officiating. The graveside committal service will be conducted at 11 AM Thursday, in the Washington County Memory Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Chris Highben, Ed Highben, Cody Collins, David Collins, Ricky Fink and Scott Fink. Minister, family and friends are requested to meet at the cemetery by 10:50 AM Thursday.
