Greg, I am Harrison's daughter, Star. I am so sorry for your loss. I have known Bill since I was a young girl. My dad and him were best friends. We always called him Uncle Bill. My son even called him that after he was born. He was a great man. I know you will miss him dearly. He is with your mother now and they both are no longer suffering. I asked about him often through our mutual friend Jerome. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. My mother sends her condolences as well.

I remember Mr. Hickman. One of the first men I ever worked for at Eastman. He was a good man and good to work for. I remember one time when I was working the 5pm to 1pm "clean-up" shift and I went over to visit a co-worker in his area. I laid down in the hallway like I was about to take a nap when Bill walked in. I jumped up thinking I was about to be fired but Bill just came in and talked to us to see if we needed anything and didn't even ask why I was lying in the floor. What a relief I felt. Rest in peace Mr. Hickman. I'm sure there is a crown waiting for you to lay at the feet of Jesus.

Although we had met Mr. Hickman, we did not know him well. May he rest in peace, and may God continue to watch over him and his family. Greg, if we can do anything to help ease your pain, let us know. Kirk and Lola Finch of Waverly Road Presbyterian Church

I went to work at TEC in October of 1969. I worked a weird shift from 5:15 to 1:15. Bill was my first boss and he took me under his watch. Bill always had a smile on his face and a great sense of humor. I only worked for Bill for about 3 mos.before going on day shift but saw him on the weekends he worked relief. My thoughts and prayers go out to his large family as I’m sure that smile will be greatly missed. Rick Malone
