The ground has shifted. A loss such as this redefines life as we continue in this world. There are no words to say that can comfort nor expressions too grand to describe the sorrow. One must reach for something or someone else. At the end of it all, we have this promise. "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away." Rev 21:4.
