Obituary of William Orville "Bill" Riggs

William Orville “Bill” Riggs, 74, of Kingsport went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 19, 2022. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Dorothy Ruth Riggs; son, Chris Taylor; sister, June Blankenbeckler.

He is survived by his sons, Scott Riggs and wife Penny; Billy Riggs, and Gabriel and wife Tammy Riggs; daughter, Amy Arnold and husband Scott; seven grandchildren; one great-grandson; brother, Guy Riggs Jr. and wife Sherry; sister, Judy and husband Danny Nichols; furbaby, Baylee Rotten; and several special nieces and nephews.

Per his wishes no formal services will be conducted.
