Obituary of Anna Ruth Coffman

Anna Ruth Coffman, 85, of Kingsport went to be with her Savior on Thursday, March 30, 2023. She was a loving mother, mother-in-law, and mamaw who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Anna was preceded in death by her parents, James W. Ketron and Rebecca Edwards Ketron; husband, Grover Coffman, and grandson, Justin Roberts.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Gary Roberts and wife Cindy, Michael Coffman and wife Michelle; grandchildren, Ginger Roberts and Cody Coffman; brother, Larry Ketron and wife Marcia; along with a niece and several nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11am on Monday, April 3, 2023 at East Tennessee Cemetery with Pastor Dustin Jessee officiating. Those wishing attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:50am. 

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Holston Manor and Amedysis Hospice for their compassion and care for Anna.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
