and have fond memories of our times together at Gate City High School. George was a true class act.
He was kind, joyful, fun and a delight to be around. George was a talent on the football field and on the
stage singing with friends. What great memories of a great time, and a friend we will never forget.

We were both on the GCHS 1970 State Champion team. George was a great person and friend. Always smiling and a great sense of humor. I know he will be missed.
