Obituary of Greyson Pierce Francis

Matthew 19:14

“But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.”                                                                                                                                                           

Greyson Pierce Francis, age 3 months of Kingsport, was cradled up into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, May 27, 2023.  Greyson was born on February 27, 2023 to Josh Francis and Audrey Phillips. 

Greyson had a special spark in his eyes that could soften the hardest of hearts.  His happy smile brought joy to all those who knew him.  Greyson was a daddy’s boy, and he loved his big sister and brother so much.  He loved being outside with his mommy watching the trees gently wave through the breeze.  With his short three months here on earth, Greyson’s love for his family will last for an eternity.

Greyson was preceded in death by one sister, Aubrey Stockton.  Those left to cherish Greyson’s memory are his parents, Josh Francis and Audrey Phillips; his big sister, Lexi Phillips; his big brother, Braxton Francis; grandparents, Dennis and Kim Arnold, Crystal Hodge, Tracy and Danielle Francis, and David Phillips; great grandparents, Lloyd and Connie Hopson, Carolyn Fox, Kathy Goyette, and Orlis and Elizabeth Francis; and many other loving family members and friends.

There will be a memorial service to honor Greyson’s life on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 6:00 pm at Carter Trent Funeral Home Kingsport with Brother David Dotson officiating.
