Obituary of Stevie Alan Horton

Stevie Alan Horton, 59, of the Manville Community in Gate City, VA, passed away from liver cancer August 1, 2023 at Encompass Health South.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Dicie (Arnold) Horton; brothers, Billy G. Horton and Samuel Horton.

He is survived by his sisters, Mary (Phillip) Carr, Betty (Mike) Steffey and Rida (James) Hatmaker; brother, David Horton; All his nieces and nephews that was good to help him over the years; his neighbors Teresa and Earl Grizzle; all his friends and work buddies that have been there during his illness that came to visit him.

He requested no services.

Thanks to all the nurses at Health South for all their great work taking care of Stevie during his illness.
