Obituary of Anita Gaye Lane

Anita Gaye Lane, age 62, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at Holston Valley Medical Center. She was a member of Apostolic Lighthouse Church in Kingsport. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and June Adams; sister, Tracy Moody; grandparents, Jerry and Mary Bradley.

She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Garner Lane; daughter, Kristie Roberts (Nathan); son, Stephen Lane (Lauren); 5 grandchildren, Landon Roberts, Derek Roberts, Brayden Roberts, Keegan Lane and Alathea Lane; 2 sisters, Aretha Jachimski (Rick) and Brittany Adams; special nephew, Jack Corley; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Friday, May 18, 2018 at Apostolic Lighthouse Church in Kingsport. Funeral services will begin at 7:00 pm with Rev. Dan Bradley and Pastor David Peters officiating. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at East Tennessee Cemetery in Blountville.
