Obituary of Ronald Carter

Ronald Skip Carter, 54, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on March 1, 2015, at Indian Path Medical Center. Skip was born, March 2, 1960, being raised and living his entire life in Kingsport. He was an employee of Brock Services for the past 22 years. Skip was an avid sports fan and attended Sullivan High School where he participated in the football program. He was preceded in death by his father, James (Mack) Carter and his mother, Carolyn (Hulse) Carter. He leaves behind his wife, Susan Sparks Carter; step-mother Carolyn (Morelock) Carter; three brothers, Rick Carter and wife Becky, Todd Carter and wife Becky, Chad Carter, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held from 6 till 8pm Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, 520 Watauga Street, Kingsport. A private burial with be conducted in Woolwine, VA Carter-Trent Funeral Home downtown Kingsport is serving the Carter family.
