Kingsport, TN - Carter-Trent Scott County Funeral Homes were presented with the Excellence in Customer Service Award for achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction in 2017 by the Johnson Consulting Group. The national award recognizes a select few funeral homes who achieve the highest total satisfaction scores from responses to surveys sent to each family they served throughout 2017.

Carter-Trent Funeral Homes have been providing highly-personalized memorial services since 1920 in the Kingsport area. "Ensuring our families experience the highest level of service is always our number one priority" said Brent Warner, General Manager of Carter Trent's three locations. "It is truly a privilege to serve our communities in their time of need."

"The credit for this award goes to our dedicated and outstanding staff" continued Warner. "Their attention to detail and compassion ensures every family we serve can honor their loved one in a way that is both meaningful and healing."

Carter-Trent and Scott County Funeral Homes would like to invite you to join us this Christmas at our Candlelight Remembrance Services, as we remember the lives of those whom we miss as the holiday approaches. We encourage all families in our community to come and light a candle in memory of their loved ones that are missing this Christmas. This event is for everyone. Whether it is a recent loss or a family member/friend that has been gone for many years, it is always good to remember.
