We are so sorry for your loss of Allen. I remember visiting Allen, Jim, and Audrey many times in West Virginia, with my Mother and going to Kentucky to visit my Grandmother, and my cousins. Going with Allen to meet his future wife Pat. Sneaking under the fence to watch the stock car races in Huntington. A much simpler time. I'm sorry we won't be able to attend the funeral, but we'll be there in spirit. Pat and all the family have our prayers.

I remember Allen was always willing to help struggling NESEP students, as myself. The world has lost a good man. I offer my condolences to all his family.

To everyone who knew and loved Allen. Allen was a good man. We knew him as a person who deeply loved God and his family. We have nothing but the fondest memories of Allen. May you find contentment in the knowledge that he is resting peacefully with other loved ones who have moved on before.

Pat, I will never forget the last time Allen was in church, so weak, he had to have help to stand for the scripture reading and prayer, he stood, the whole time because of his love for the Lord. Allen is now standing before the Lord free from dementia, feel from pain and praising his Lord and savior. Hugs, my friend praying for you.

Allen took me under his wing when I was a young engineer and taught me so much about technology and more importantly life in general. I once told him as a new Christian that I couldn't afford to tithe, his response was that he couldn't afford not to. Has always stuck with me these years later. My prayers for your family, I so respected Allen.

Allen and Pat and Jim and I would get together for "game night's girls against the guys.Jim always enjoyed getting together with his brother and trying to beat the girls into submission. We all laughed till we were hoarse! Good times. Both brothers are together now. Have a great reunion guys. Miss you both terribly.
