Obituary of Toni Bailey Pope

Toni Bailey Pope 40, of Kingsport passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 20, 2019. She was a loving and devoted mother who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Toni was preceded in death by her father, Ricky “Bonkie” Bailey; maternal grandparents, Bob and Ruth Ashley; paternal grandparents, Ed and June Bailey; aunt, Bobbie Jean Ashley Stout.

Survivors include her daughters, Raegan Johnson and Carrington Pope; step-daughter, Cheyenne Pope; mother, Sue Ashley Bailey; aunts, Robin Ashley and Jane Whitson; cousins, Floyd Wayne Hood, Ashley Pruitt, and Cody Litz; along with a host of extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm on Monday, July 29, 2019 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home downtown, Kingsport. A celebration of life service will follow with Pastor Karen Lane officiating.
