I had the honor of working on the same platoon with Jim at Kingsport PD during the late 80's. Jim was a good man and a honorable public servant who always looked out for others and was a true friend and partner. I know that Jim was welcomed home in Heaven and heard the words, "Well done, my good and faithful servant." He will be missed but we will see him again one day. May God comfort always.

I offer my heart felt grief in Jims" passing. I loved him as my brother, friend and a man you could tell all your troubles to and he would listen and give advice as it was his problem. Patty I miss seeing you at Wal Mart and talking of how much you loved Jim,I know he loved you from the bottom of his heart.
