Phyllis Ann Tipton 64, of Church Hill went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 2, 2020 at Holston Valley Medical Center. A graveside service will be conducted at 2pm on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Ross Campground Cemetery. Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church-Hill is serving the Tipton family.
