Obituary of Karen Marie Phillips

Kingsport – Karen Marie Loveland Phillips, 68 of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Holston Valley Medical Center. Born in Upland, PA, she had been a resident of Kingsport since 2006. She was a veteran serving in the U.S. Air Force for 10 years.

 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Cooper and father, Frank Cooper; brother, Donald “Buddy” Loveland.

 

Karen is survived by her husband of 24 years, Michael Phillips; children, Sharon, Frank and Anna; 8 grandchildren; sisters, Donna Yuscavage of Pennsylvania and Patricia LaRue of Delaware; several nieces and nephews.

 

There will be no formal services for Karen. Her wishes were to be cremated.
