Obituary of D. Lynn Salyers

D. Lynn Salyers, 55, of Blountville went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 23, 2022 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was an avid outdoorsman and also enjoyed listening to 80’s music. Lynn was a devoted father and loved spending time with his family which included his dog, Gunner. He was a successful Branch Manager for First Horizon Bank for over 25 years. Lynn was a loving father and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Tami Salyers; parents, Harold and Jo Salyers; brother, Todd Salyers.

Survivors include his son, Logan Salyers; daughter, Lauren Salyers; sister, Diane Housewright and husband Daniel; fiancé, Munique Balanza; special friends, David and Lori Bays; along with a host of extended family and friends.

Per his wishes all services will be private.

Carter-Trent Funeral Home downtown, Kingsport is serving the Salyers family.
