In Loving Memory of Charles “Chuck” Lawrence Cook March 4, 1954 - July 5, 2022

Charles “Chuck” Lawrence Cook, age 68, of Kingsport passed away on July 5, 2022 due to several health issues. He died peacefully in the comfort of his home early Tuesday morning. Chuck grew up in Kingsport and lived there his entire life. He made friends easy and enjoyed spending time with them. Chuck will always be remembered for his sense of humor and being the life of the party. He enjoyed sharing stories about his dog (Milky), his grandkids and his love for food. He was a great cook and took pleasure in cooking for friends and family.
