I went to school with Hal at Ketron High School. I am so sorry to hear of his passing away. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this time.
Hal was the sweetest and kindest teen at Ketron High. We were friends and I enjoyed knowing him. As adults, I spoke to him a few times when I saw him. Also at the VA where I worked. Condolences and prayers to his family. Patty Richards Dellinger
