Obituary of Heather Dianne Hancock Johnson

Heather Dianne Hancock Johnson 82, of Church Hill went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. She was born in Key West, Florida to the late James and Sylvia Hancock. She resided in Florida until 2017 when she moved here to be with her family. Dianne was a very outgoing person and enjoyed square dancing and vintage cars. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include her daughter, Olivia Garrett and husband Brian; son, Eric Johnson and wife, Angie; grandchildren, Courtney Woods and husband Gale, Brandi Jones and husband Aaron, Amanda Carrigan and husband Erik, and Jamie Mullins and husband Chris; great-grandchildren, Cooper, Noraa, and Finn; along with a host of friends.

A private family graveside was held at the Garrett Family Cemetery in Jonesville, VA.
