Obituary of Harold Bostic Mays

Harold Bostic Mays, 77 of Kingsport went to his Heavenly home on Wednesday, October 4, 2023. He was a local car salesman that had the opportunity to help many people in Kingsport with their vehicle purchase. Harold loved Nascar and football and would spend many weekends enjoying these. He was a member of Vermont United Methodist Church for many years. Harold was loved by many and will be greatly missed. 

Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Boyd and Viva Mays; brothers, Jack M. Mays, Jim Mays, and Russell Mays; along with his brother-in-law, Dennie Dishner. 

He is survived by his daughter, Kristi Tate; son, Nick Barringer; grandchildren, Harlie and husband Derek Clark, Storm and wife Samantha Priester, and Sinleigh Tate; 3 great-grandchildren; his only sister, Margaret Dishner; mother of his children, Delilah Barringer; sister-in-laws, Dot Mays, Brenda Mays, and Janice Mays; step-mother, Lura Forrester Mays; 2 step-brothers; 3 step-sisters; along with several nieces and nephews.
