Obituary of Teresa Ann Boyer

Teresa A. Boyer 62 of Nashville, TN went to be with the Lord early Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Teresa was a loving mother to her son, a hard worker who was very creative. She was strong in her faith and referred to her grandchildren as "The loves of her life". Teresa was very proud of them and was the best "MiMi", that anyone could ask for. She will be greatly missed by all of her family. Teresa was retired from the Department of Environment and Conservation of the State of Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her loving father, Charles C. Boyer. Survivors include son, Caleb Gearing & wife Samantha; grandchildren, Raylan and Ava Gearing; her loving mother, Betty Lyon Boyer; sisters, Becky Warner & husband, Max; two nephews, Rhett Warner and Bartt Warner & wife, Michaela; great nieces, Macy and Natalie Warner; along with special neighbors, Betty & Alan Musser. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 pm Saturday, February 7, 2014 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, 520 Watauga Street, Kingsport. Funeral services will be at 2 pm in the chapel with Brother Justin Griffin. Burial will follow at Depew's Chapel Cemetery, Kingsport, Tennessee Carter-Trent Funeral Home is honored to serve the Boyer family.
