II TIMOTHY 4:7 I HAVE FOUGHT A GOOD FIGHT, I HAVE FINISHED MY COURSE, I HAVE KEPT THE FAITH. Norma Kinkead Cradic, 88 of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at her home with her family by her side following a lengthy illness. After she was married, she was a stay-at-home mom until her last child started school and she worked for Sullivan County School System in the cafeteria at Kingsley Elementary School for several years. She enjoyed being around the children and was even called Nanny by several of the kids. In addition to enjoying traveling with her late husband, she also enjoyed working in her flower garden and looked forward to spring each year. She loved collecting dolls and watching cooking shows. Anyone who knew her knew not to call during The Wheel of Fortune or Jeopardy! because she did not want to answer the phone. Her greatest love, were her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She loved to laugh and made everyone feel welcome in her home. Mrs. Cradic was a member of Higher Ground Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, James Cradic; her parents, Claude and Grace Boyd Kinkead; a sister, Alma Cassidy; and three brothers, A.D. Kinkead, Jerry Kinkead, and Fred Kinkead.
