We are heartbroken to hear of Charlie's passing, we always enjoyed the time spent with Charles and the family on our trips to Tennessee, these times are forever engrained in my memory from the time I was a small child, there will be a feeling of emptiness the next time I return, But I will always have the great memories of Charles, he will be forever in our hearts. Our deepest sympathy for the family and friends.

I have known the Feagins family for nearly all my life . You could not ask for better people. Charles and Tom were very close to my father and I always appreciated them. Both of them were always in a good mood and could make anyone laugh. Charles will be missed and I will keep the Feagins family in my thoughts and prayers.

I always looked forward to our office parties. I don't think I told you Rosie how much I enjoyed seeing Charlie. He always lifted the mood where every he was. My thoughts and prayers are with you Rosie. I know how much you looked forward to retiring so you and Charlie could be together more. Bruce

Charles was always such an important part of my childhood. He really made an effort to always make time for me and Billy. He has always held such a special place in my heart and it really disappoints me I will not be able to attend his services because of my work schedule. I love you all greatly and feel the deepest of sympathy for you. I pray that God holds your hand through this and makes your walk easier through the next few months. God Bless. Kim Sells

Trudy, I want to let you know that I'm sorry for the loss of your brother. I did not know him and I'm not sure if Jim did or not. Mary called me today to tell me. He too, was a young man but now he's free too. I will keep you in my prayers.

My favorite memory of Charlie is when we lived in Tennessee and he would come over and watch Petrochelli police show with us kids. We would make popcorn. He would tickle us when the commercials came on and yell to my mom saying "mom these kids are bugging me!" We nicknamed him Petro Charlie. He was a Good Man with a Gentle Heart! Love you Charlie! God Bless! ...Kimberly Dunn Cutcher

Although I spent very little time with Him out of all the years He was here , He was the type of man in my opinion that was easy to get to know, and after only a few moments it felt like He was someone you knew and had been in fellowship with all your life. I remember Him when He had just payed a large sum of money for an old car that one man offended Him a bit about, when he said to Charlie "rust must be higher than I thought" . Yet I seen a glimpse of what He seen in that old car. what many if not most seen as a rusty piece of junk, That needed scrapping, He had the ability to look past what it was ,
and seen the Beautiful thing it was meant to be and could be once again. That alone made Him a cut above your average man. May God bless and comfort His wife and family , and help them see that His final days on earth may have seemed a lot like the old rusty car He bought years ago , but praise God for having the perfect ability to not only have the desire to restore old things into New , But also is the Only One Who hath the power to do so , and that those who belong to Him, through the Precious Blood of the Lamb and His Only Begotten Son Christ Jesus , Never say goodbye for the final time!!
