Obituary of Titus Cade Jones

On August 22, 2014 infant twin Titus Cade Jones closed his eyes here in this world to awaken in the arms of his Savior, Jesus Christ. Although his life here was brief, he made a lasting impression on everyone who met him. His precious memories are forever etched in our hearts and minds. We will never forget the look on that beautiful face. We are separated from Titus now but we are anxiously looking forward to our reunion with him in Heaven. Titus will be forever missed and eternally loved. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Joan Clifton Allen. Surviving are his parents, Chris and Brooke Jones; his twin brother, Maddox Jones; maternal grandfather, William Elmo Allen; paternal grandfather, Chris Jones; paternal grandmother, Rita Linkous; paternal great grandmother, Edith McMurray; uncles, Craig Allen, Dustin Jones and wife, Sarah; an aunt, Tiara Linkous. A visitation will be held on Monday (August 25, 2014) from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport or friends may also call anytime at the residence. A graveside service will follow the visitation at East Lawn Memorial Park with Pastor Mike Laughrun and Dr. Shannon Salyer, officiating. Titus' father, Chris will serve as pallbearer. The family sends their heartfelt gratitude to the members of the Kingsport Police Department for the support given during this difficult time.
