Obituary of Delilah Kennedy Watts

Delilah Kennedy Watts, aka, "Princess Delilah" was born on April 25, 2013 to wonderfully, loving, and dedicated parents, Jeff and Heather Watts. After spending over a year with her cherished family, Delilah flew like an angel to be with her Heavenly Father on May 13, 2014 at Monroe Carrell Jr. Children's Hospital in Nashville, TN. Her loving spirit, adorable smiles and beaming "Princess" personality she won the hearts of many with her amazing story for life. Her personal story has been followed by many, cherished by all, and has truly been a platform for the spirit of generosity. Survived by Delilah in addition to her parents are her beloved grandparents, Wade and Lisa Childress and Harry and Jo Ann Watts; her great- grandparents, Thelma " Nanny" Watts, Harrison and Helen Ketron, Jack and Mauddean Childress. She leaves two first cousins, Katherine and Molly Rinehart, daughters of Dallas & Holly Rinehart. Delilah will always remain her family's precious baby and her tenacity and spirit will reside in all of our hearts. Delilah fought for most of her life at Monroe Carrell Jr. Children's Hospital in Nashville, TN and had very special care giving "Aunties" to be with her on a daily basis: Lia Davidson, Jennifer Brandon, Bailey Levall, Chelsea Brooks, Leslie Montgomery, Danielle Bordeax, Katherine Gumbar, Allison Slaughter, Savanna Sielback and Mindy Rottero. We would also like to thank her personal nurse, her Aunt Holly Rinehart, who came at a moment's notice to any and every need Delilah had.
