Obituary of Allison Ferguson

Allison Lockhart Ferguson, 43, of Kingsport, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, April 01, 2014 at Indian Path Medical Center after a long illness. She was born in Nashville and had lived in Kingsport for the past 22 years. Mrs. Ferguson was of the Methodist faith. She was a loving wife, mother, nana, daughter and sister. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors and nursed of Indian Path Hospital for their care and compassion. She was preceded in death by her father, Rodney Lockhart and mother in law, Linda Jamerson. Surviving are her loving husband of 21 years, Kyle Ferguson; sons, Bobby Ferguson and wife, Julia, Kyle Ferguson III and wife, Lisa, Trey Ferguson and fiancé Sadie and Devon Ferguson; five grandchildren; mother, Sharron Johnson; brother, Greg Lockhart and wife, Kristen; paternal grandmother, Margaret Lockhart; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Carter-Trent Funeral Home is serving the family of Allison Ferguson.
