Obituary of Wilma Jean Styles

Wilma Jean Styles, 86, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord early Tuesday morning (February 4, 2014). She grew up in Buladean, NC until the age of 16. Jean resided in this area the majority of her life. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She was preceded in death by her husband, Estle J. Styles; a grandson, Lance Barnett; parents, Loy and Ethel Frye; her mother, Virgie Foster; son-in-law, Karl Morgan; brother, Willard Foster; a special friend, Ralph Oliver. Jean Styles is survived by her daughter, Kathy Morgan and Jeff Arnold; son, Darryl Barnett and wife, Wendy; grandchildren, Heath Barnett and wife, Jill, Kyle Morgan, Kory Morgan and wife, Kelly, Reis Barnett, Aliyah Barnett; great grandchildren, Reed Barnett and Ginny Lynn Barnett; sister, Gladys Hopson; her special cousin, Charlotte Corbett. Friends may call anytime at the residence of the daughter, Kathy Morgan. A graveside service will take place on Thursday (February 6, 2014) at 1 pm at Washington County Memory Gardens with rev. Mike Pelham, officiating. Family and friends are serving as pallbearers. Anyone wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the cemetery at 12:50 p.m. Carter-Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport is serving the Styles family.
