Obituary of William Walter Spears

Kingsport - William Walter Spears, 74 of Kingsport, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at Holston Valley Medical Center. He was a lifelong resident of Kingsport. A military graveside service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Monday, December 23, 2013 at Mtn. Home National Cemetery with full military honors. Carter-Trent Funeral Home, Kingsport is serving the Spears family.
