Obituary of Bill Colley

William Henry "Bill" Colley, 58 of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at his residence. He was born in Okinawa, Japan and had lived in Kingsport for most of his life. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of Temple Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Ruth Edwards Colley; sister, Angela Rose Colley. Bill is survived by his brother, Jack Colley of Kingsport and several other family members and church family. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Mtn. Home National Cemetery with Pastor Bob Yates officiating. The American Legion Post #3/265 will conduct military rites. The Color Guard will serve as pallbearers.
