Obituary of Helen Lucille Frazier

Helen Lucille Frazier, age 74, of Kingsport, peacefully went to be with the Lord at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, July 30, 2014. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and wife. She had a passion for flowers, quilting, and a little black dog named, "Fancy." She was preceded in death by by her loving husband, George A. Frazier; parents, Clell and Nannie Jayne; and sister, Ruby Jayne. She is survived by her children, Leslie Frazier (Tana), David Frazier (Genia), Darlene Sexton (David) and Marlene Sampson (Eddie); grandchildren, Daniel Sexton, "very special granddaughter" Shanda Sampson, and Lauren Frazier; special great-grandson, Patrick Frazier Sexton; 2 sisters, Wilda Edwards and Reba Frazier; brother, Ray Jayne; special nieces, Kwan Tipton and Joy Mallory; special nephew, Bobby Tipton; and a host of extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Friday, August 1, 2014 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Kingsport. A memorial service will begin at 7:00 pm. Carter-Trent Funeral Home is proudly serving the Frazier family.
