Obituary of Claude F. Housewright

Claude "Red" F. Housewright, 64, left this life to be in the arms of his savior on March 23, 2014 at his home following a lengthy illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wash and Mary Marsh Housewright and brother John D. Housewright. Claude is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Teresa Carter Housewright; sons, Michael Carter and wife Anissa of Kingsport, Claude Jr. (Clay) and wife Holly of Kingsport, Brad and wife Dianne of Bristol, VA; his grandchildren were his pride and joy and provided him with much love and happiness and they are Meghan, Jerrica, Jacob, Jackson, Hayden, Hudson, Jerry and Clayton; great grandchildren, Kaden and Layla. The family would like to extend a special thank you to his special friend, Jim Hyatt, for all his love and support. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced at a later date. Carter-Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport is serving the Housewright family.
