Obituary of Cheryl Ann Still

CHURCH HILL - Cheryl Ann Still, 52, of Church Hill, beloved mother, daughter, sister, Mimzy (grandmother), partner, aunt and cousin, went to be with our Lord Friday, August 2, 2013. She was born in Sonoma, California, grew up Coos Bay, Oregon, and had lived in Church Hill since 2001. She was a member of Calvary Church, Johnson City. A loving and compassionate woman, Cheryl always put her family first in whatever she did. An avid crafter and imaginative cook, she lived her life for her daughters and her granddaughter. All who had the pleasure of having her in their lives will dearly miss her generosity and laughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim Johnson and Mona Banks; her brothers, Brannon Johnson and William Banks and her husband, Carey Still. She is survived by her fiancé, Graham Johnson; her dad, Jim Banks; her brother, Jim "Charlie" Banks; three beautiful daughters, Brannon, Tristan and Shaylin; a granddaughter and her little pea pot, Ansley; two sons in law, Josh Davis and Andy Suratt; many nieces and family and dearest friends. A Memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm Friday, August 9, 2013 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, 101Hwy 11W Church Hill in the funeral home chapel. A Eulogy will be given by her daughters, Tristan and Shaylin. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
