Obituary of Brinda Kathern Davis

Brinda Kathern "Skarlett" Davis died Sunday, July 21, 2013 at her home in Church Hill following a long battle with liver disease and cancer. She was the second of five children, born to Aubrey and Frances Sampson. A loving Christian of the Baptist faith, Skarlett enjoyed attending church and singing in the choir; but was unable to do so in her final years. She is on her way to Heaven to live with God throughout eternity. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her older sister, Vicky and younger sister, Evelyn. She is survived by her loving husband, Ron Davis, of the home; daughter, Julia Prince-Honore, Florida; step-son, Wes Davis, New York; two brothers, Rusty Sampson, Glade Spring, Va and Mark Sampson, Marion, Va and several nieces and nephews. Following her desires, there will be no services. Her remains will be cremated.
