Obituary of Toby Ann Herron

Toby Ann Salley Herron, 74, went to be with the Lord Saturday July 13, 2013 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. She was a graduate of Ketron High School and has lived in this area most of her life. She worked at Holston Valley Hospital for 27 years and was a member of Homeland Baptist Church. Toby was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Joe Herron in August 2012; and her parents, Talmage and Jane Salley. She is survived by her son, Jeff Herron and wife Michelle; three grandchildren, Ashley Blankenbeckler and husband, Adam; Rebekah Davis and husband Matt; and Jason Herron and wife Tori; one great grandchild, Ryland Blankenbeckler; and special friend, Jean Lynch. The family will receive friends from 10:30am till 12noon Tuesday at Homeland Baptist Church, Kingsport. A graveside service will be conducted at 1pm at Mountain Home National Cemetery with Pastor J.W. Depew officiating.
