Obituary of Roberta A. Clark

"Grace be with them all that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity." Ephesians 6:24 Roberta Mitchell Clark, 82, of Kingsport, went home to be with the Lord Saturday evening, June 8, 2013 at Life Care Center of Gray. She was born in Hawkins County and had lived in the Kingsport area all her life. Mrs. Clark loved sports, especially UT football and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul R. Clark; her parents and several sisters and brothers. She is survived by her daughter Donna Paulette Clark of Kingsport; two sons, Dennis Clark and wife, Kelly of Atlanta, GA and Roger Clark of Kingsport; four grandchildren, Chase Clark and wife, Savannah, Brit Clark, McKenzie Clark and Nicholas Clark; sister, Jane Mitchell of Kingsport; brother, Melvin Mitchell and wife, Jo of Kingsport, and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Thursday, June 13, 2013 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, 520 Watauga St., Kingsport. A Private Family Graveside service will follow. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Station One at Life Care Center of Gray, especially to Selena, Alisha, Courtney, Becki, Mike, Libby and Jody.
