Teresa and Tammy, I'm so sorry about you losing your Mother. She was a sweet and kind person. She always had a smile on her face. She was good to everyone. Everyone that knew your Mom, loved your Mom. She was a good Christian woman. We will all be together with Inez again in heaven. I know that for sure. She will surely be missed at church and every time we pass by her house! Pat and I dearly loved your Mom!! Just know I'm thinking of you and praying for you. Love you!

It breaks my heart to hear of Inez's passing. I have known Inez all my life or at least most of it. My grandparents lived behind her through out my childhood and as a adult I was blessed to raise my children in Jackson Heights and become a neighbor to both. Inez, was not only a great neighbor, But I considered her to be a great family friend. We use to gather on my grandparents porch and catch up in the summer. While my children attended Jackson Elementary, Inez was the only reason I would allow my children to walk to School and cross Stone Drive, I knew she would protect them as if they were her own and she did. She will be greatly missed !!! You are all in our Families thoughts and prayers.

I met Inez when I first started working with the Kingsport Police Department in 1991 while working a school zone. Inez always had a smile on her face and we would talk almost every day. She had a love for her job and the children she protected. She also talked many, many times about her family. Inez was truly a great woman and will be missed by many. RIP Inez.

Teresa and family,
My heart is heavy as I remember the hurt of losing a Mother. You were so sweet and kind to my Mama, Teresa, that I wish I could have done something for your Mom or your family.
One thing I know is God gives sweet peace and holds us tight in the midst of our grief. Find comfort in knowing this. I love you, Teresa, and if you ever need me, you know where I am.

So sorry for your loss. My sister (Shirley Worley Stamper), graduated with Inez at Hilton’s High School, so I remember her from the time I was in third grade. She was always the same every time I saw her. May the loving memories you have bring you comfort at this time and in the coming days.

To the family of Inez, it was with sadness that I heard of Inez passing away. She was always such a sweet and kind Christian lady. Ralph and Inez go back for years, in our family knowing them. I played the piano and Ralph played the guitar for several years, in the beginning at Higher Ground, together. Inez has been sick for so long and the Lord took her home. I pray for comfort and strength during this time and the days to come. She was such a beautiful woman and her picture, shows that beauty! May God bless each of you. In sympathy, Brenda Bledsoe
