To Dayton's Family,
I am so sorry about your loss. Dayton was a favorite of a lot of people and I considered myself to very lucky to have known him. I first knew him in 1967 when I was transferred into the Materials Handling section in Eastman's Engineering Division. He acted as a mentor and was a great friend. His sense of humor was immediately apparent,
He will be missed. Robert Rodgers

I met Dayton many yrs sgo at the Colonial Hgts Eagles; we shared passions for UT, golf , and good conversation. He always had a smile on his face. I was surprised at his age- he did not look anywhere close to his age, I am sorry for your loss, butknow you will cherish the memories.

Condolences to the family. I've known Dayton since 1975 or so when I first met him in the materials handling department of engineering at Eastman. He was one of my favorite people! Ha was a faithful member of the Big Orange club. Many stories told at those meetings each fall during football season.

Bill and Jane,
Very sad to hear of Dayton's passing. We met at Eastman about 1966 or so, and found that we shared many interests, the Tennessee VOLS, golf, the Elks Club, but the best thing about Squire Talley was his stories. Tales he told about growing up in Erwin, being in the Navy, going to UT, always interesting and humorous. After a long and productive life, now he has found Peace.

Bill and Sue,
I am very sorry for your loss. It is very difficult to lose a parent. I lost my dad in 1997 and not a single day has passed that I don't think of him and all of the things he taught me. I hope you can find comfort in knowing that Dayton is no longer suffering.
