Obituary of Patricia Dean

Patricia (Patsy) Broome Dean, 70 of Kingsport, born August 20, 1943 went to be with the Lord early Wednesday September 4, 2013 at her residence. Patsy's greatest joys were her family and friends. Love, laughter and friends were always welcome. She had many special friends throughout her life. As a mother, she was always there to help catch us when we would fall and to love us through anything. She always welcomed us with a hug and her wonderful smile. She is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Wayne Dean, her parents Clifford and Louise Skelton Broome. She is survived by her son, Tom Dean of Omaha, Nebraska, daughter, Kelly Robinson and husband, Jerry of Kingsport, granddaughters, Marjorie Dean, Kimberly Dean and Stephanie Dean of Omaha, Nebraska, Renee Robinson of Kingsport, sister, Linda Broom Larkin of Kingsport, sister-in-law, Jo Jennings, Wilma Bartley, Ramona Dean, Joyce Dean, Eula Dean, Judy Dean and Ella Dean. Also, too many nieces and nephews to mention. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, 520 Watauga Street, Kingsport or any time at the home of her daughter. Funeral services will follow in the funeral home chapel at 1p.m. with Rev. Ray Amos officiating.
